The X Factor

As the exciting Fox show, The X Factor grew in success, so did the requirements around the show’s website. This meant the migration of a legacy, outdated website, to a new digital architecture and improved content management system.

To do this we relied heavily on improving both internal and marketing processes while trimming the development cycles for updating the web application. Leveraging the existing framework built several years prior, we centralized assets and code, while reducing the QA and release cycles through automated deployment tools. The rework helped keep the user experience relevant by allowing the marketing team to quickly release content based on the show’s live demands.

Working closely with the show’s brand team, and producers, we lead the development, architecture and digital process improvements.
